Identified strategies to make Settlement Agents and Title Companies transition from paper to digital easier and preferable.
BACKGROUND:
During the first round of Lenders research I learned there are many dependencies and blockers to executing and delivering eMortgages.
PROCESS
I planned and conducted in-person observations, interviews and workshops with small and large leading-provider title insurance and settlement companies. I identified differentiators between small and large settlement shops to help create personalized content. I also identified trends for previous times when the mortgage industry changed to further refine our adoption strategy. I created and shared a findings report, persona, and blueprint.
The insights and artifacts from this research were used to create an educational interactive content that drives traffic to the microsite for on-boarding. The interactive site was launched 12/6/19 and had 890 views from 661 users in 2 weeks, average time spent viewing was 4 minutes and 22 seconds.
The persona and blueprint were highly requested internally for educational purposes.
